Michele Tomadin Lake Como Experiences

Michele started his culinary career in the early 80s through which he gained experience at an international level. After working for the 2-star Michelin restaurant San Domenico in Imola, Michele traveled extensively around the USA and Australia working in many well-respected restaurants including Prego Beverly Hills, San Domenico NYC and Caffe Fellini Sydney.

After meeting his soulmate and deciding to go back to Europe, Michele’s journey brought to manage the exclusive Italian restaurant Trattoria del Sole in Ibiza.

Michele is currently an instructor and ambassador at Barilla Academy and has been a Barilla judge at the television program Top Chef Middle East.
