Quality food lovers, this is for you. Any curious foodie who wonders what goes beyond pizza and pasta in Italian gastronomy (you will, of course, still get to try these two in forms and ingredients you have never seen before ;). As for the wine lovers, you will get to try the most delicate wines from the Lombardy region and northern Italy among others.
And of course, we haven’t forgotten about the so-waited ice-cream stop at our very special traditional gelateria.
Our guides are experienced, multilingual and fine connoisseur of Italian cuisine. They know the (non-touristy!) places to be in Como where true locals hang out. They will take you to the real sites where qualified chefs, certified sommeliers and other food geeks who know their stuff and are delighted to share.
Our groups are never overcrowded. We understand the hustle of doing a touristic activity with so many people that it is impossible to actually fully appreciate it. This is why our priority is to organize private food and wine tours of maximum 9 guests. Small group size is key to having a full experience and in-depth conversations. The shops we visit must be preserved and don’t allow mass tourism.
The meeting point is in front of Metropole Suisse Hotel, Piazza Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, 19 (Como). Tour will end in Como’ s downtown. You will receive a Google Maps link in the confirmation email.
Customers will receive a full refund for any tour canceled at least 72h prior to the scheduled tour date. A full refund is also offered for any operator’s cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
