Jacopo brings you 22 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hotels’ restaurants. His curriculum counts with establishments such as the Four Seasons hotel in Milan, the Adlon Kempinski hotel in Berlin, the Il Carpaccio” 1-star Michelin restaurant at Le Royal Monceau hotel and the “Pierre Gagnere” 3-star Michelin restaurant at Balzac hotel in Paris, and the “the Ned” at the Soho House hotel in London to name a few.

Michele started his culinary career in the early 80s through which he gained experience at an international level. After working for the 2-star Michelin restaurant San Domenico in Imola, Michele traveled extensively around the USA and Australia working in many well-respected restaurants including Prego Beverly Hills, San Domenico NYC and Caffe Fellini Sydney.
